Air source heat pump dryer

Air source heat pump dryer is mainly used for drying machines.

The air drying machine is a device that uses a heat pump to condense and discharge water vapor on a cold plate through a closed drying air cycle from items placed in a relatively enclosed insulation board room, achieving the purpose of dehumidification and drying.

Generally speaking, a high-temperature heat pump refers to a heat pump that can achieve a heating water outlet temperature and an air outlet temperature of over 80 degrees Celsius, while a heat pump that reaches a heating water outlet temperature of 65 degrees Celsius is called a medium temperature heat pump or a medium high temperature heat pump.

In the 1980s, Japan launched a super heat pump program and developed four types of heat pumps, including a medium to high temperature heat pump that utilizes 45 degrees Celsius excess hot water to produce 85 degrees Celsius output water temperature, and a high temperature heat pump that utilizes 80 degrees Celsius excess hot water to produce 150 degrees Celsius steam.

There are high-temperature heat pumps in Europe that adopt the technology route of improving centrifugal compressor performance, using R134a refrigerant and three-stage centrifugal compression mode. The heating water temperature can reach 85 degrees.

 

Advantages of closed-loop drying technology

1. During the drying process, only water is discharged, and there is almost no energy loss. The energy is basically completely recovered, so the efficiency is very high, several times that of traditional open-loop drying methods;

2. Efficiency is basically independent of external temperature and humidity, and the effect is consistent throughout the year and in any dry climate;

3. External dust cannot enter, ensuring safety and hygiene to meet the hygiene needs of various items;

4. As the drying process is closed-loop and medium to low temperature drying, it will not damage the dried items, ensuring the quality and quality of the items.

5. Dehydration drying is adopted, so the drying board room will not evaporate water vapor, reducing the growth of bacteria during the drying process

6. Due to the use of a closed-loop method, strong wind convection can be achieved (traditional open-loop methods are difficult to use), without blind spots and uniform consistency;

7. Adopting different hanging arrangements and strong wind convection, the drying process does not require flipping, saving labor costs;

8. It can be designed with compatibility for single machine/networking/network connection, fully controlled by computer, and can be remotely monitored through computer or mobile phone;

9. The board room and shelves are simple and flexible, with a large drying capacity and can be used side by side with any number of hosts. They can be designed as either a board room style or an assembly line style.
