Replacing electric heating with heat pump drying saves over 20000 yuan per month

Introduction: Recently, the magazine "Heat Pump Market" interviewed an industrial user in Jiangsu Province. 1. Electric heating and drying have high costs and are prone to defective products

This project is located in Jiangsu and is an industrial drying project. Originally, high-power electric heating was used for drying, and the drying process was divided into one-way air ducts. The drying temperature reached over 100 degrees. Electric heating and drying are linked with printing machines, and the materials on the printing machine assembly line are quickly dried using the high-temperature drying room provided by the printing machine. The entire process takes only a few minutes, with 24-hour drying throughout the day and equipment maintenance every half month. With such a high-intensity working frequency, electric auxiliary heating often malfunctions.

Due to the high temperature and humidity of the air in the drying room during the entire drying process, there are water droplets on the surface of the materials after drying, resulting in a high rate of defective products. Additionally, the long-term operation of electric heating often affects the normal production needs.

The user said, "At the beginning, coal-fired hot air stoves were used because the government banned coal and changed to electric heating. Due to the highest temperature exceeding 100 ℃ during the drying process, a suitable energy source was not found. The dehumidification effect of electric heating was poor, and customer complaints often occurred due to water droplets on the surface of the product."

2. Three 15P drying and dehumidification integrated machines, saving about 2/3 of energy consumption

The system takes a day off every 15 days, which can save users about 20000 yuan in costs per month (the electricity price is calculated based on the highest 1 yuan/kWh).
