What is an air energy heat pump dryer

Air energy refers to the low-grade thermal energy contained in the air, which is a type of clean energy equivalent to water energy, wind energy, solar energy, and tidal energy. The device that collects and utilizes air energy is called a heat pump, which is called air energy heat pump technology. High temperature heat heats the air inside the drying room. The materials in the drying room are vaporized and evaporated by hot air, and the evaporated water vapor is discharged by the dehumidification system to achieve the purpose of drying the materials. The refrigerant after condensation and heat release is transformed into a low-temperature and low-pressure liquid through a throttle valve. Due to a sudden decrease in pressure, the liquid refrigerant enters the evaporator and continuously absorbs the low-level heat energy of the surrounding air, quickly evaporating into a gaseous state. The refrigerant that has absorbed a certain amount of energy flows back to the compressor and enters the next cycle. In this way, the refrigerant continuously circulates to transfer heat from the air to the drying room and heat the air temperature inside the heating room.

In contrast, although air heating heat pumps are much more expensive, their operating costs are lower than those of electric heating. Because the air energy heat pump is based on the "reverse card cycle principle", which converts low-grade heat in the air into high-temperature heat energy through a compressor, consuming 1KW of electrical energy and absorbing 2-3KW of heat from the air, the energy-saving effect is very good. With the government's electricity price subsidy, the operating cost will not be much higher than burning coal.
