Heat pump food drying equipment is a commonly used food dryer, which circulates forced hot air heated by electric heating tubes or steam heat exchangers inside the box, enhances heat transfer, improves water evaporation rate, and shortens drying time. The entire box adopts a fully enclosed structure, with hot air circulating inside the box to reasonably discharge humid and hot air and replenish fresh air. The heat pump food drying equipment is equipped with an automatic temperature control system, which has precise temperature control. There is an adjustable air distribution plate inside the box, ensuring even temperature inside. Adopting a low-noise and energy-saving built-in circulating fan, the operation is balanced, greatly reducing the noise and heat loss of the equipment. The air inlet is equipped with an air filter and comes standard with a dehumidification device.

The heat pump dryer consists of a heat pump system (evaporator, compressor, condenser, throttle valve, etc.) and an air system (drying room, fan, electric heater, etc.).

Therefore, the heat pump drying cycle includes two cycles: (1) the steam compression cycle of the refrigerant. (2) The circulation of dry air.
