Our company received an invitation from the Edible Fungus Association and went to Zhongyang County to participate in the opening ceremony to discuss the industry's back-end deep processing.
In 2018, Zhongyang County and the United Front Work Department of the Shanxi Provincial Party Committee, the designated assistance unit, after repeated investigations and demonstrations, took black fungus, an emerging industry with short cycle, quick effect and high efficiency, as a key poverty alleviation industry, and has developed and grown around this industry. After more than 30 special industry researches and more than 20 theme forums, Zhongyang County and Dongning City, Heilongjiang Province, the "First City of Black Fungus in China", established a strategic partnership with Dongning City, Shanxi Agricultural University and Zhongyang County signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Established its own fungus production, education and research base and edible fungus talent training base, and gradually formed a large-scale and systematic industrial pattern.
From the small test in 2018, to the gradual promotion in 2019, and then to full roll out in 2020, the black fungus planting scale in the county will reach 50 million sticks in 2021, making it a veritable "North China Fungus County". The small black fungus has become a big industry for the rich and the people to strengthen the county.

Zhongyang County is located in the middle of the Luliang Mountains, with high altitude, low latitude, long sunshine, large temperature difference, and the forest coverage rate is as high as 56.6%. It is a "treasure land" for cultivating black fungus and other edible fungi. Native walnut, acacia, and jujube trees,It has also become a high-quality raw material for black fungus sticks.
Chang Mingchang, a professor at Shanxi Agricultural University, is the general consultant of the edible fungus industry in Zhongyang County. He said that thanks to the unique climate of Zhongyang, the "summer fungus" currently under development can reach a new level in production, and the development prospects are both promising and visible.
(The unique climate has nurtured high-quality fungus)
(Fungus dried naturally)
The edible fungus industry in Zhongyang County has perfect front-end conditions, but is relatively backward at the back end of the industry, which restricts the rapid development of the local edible fungus industry chain.
Traditional drying is greatly influenced by weather, hygiene, and manpower. Traditional drying takes a long time, differs in product quality, and requires workers to turn the fungus for a long time, which also causes relative hygiene problems.
Our company was invited to participate in the opening ceremony of the "small fungus big industry" in Zhongyang County, so as to have in-depth communication and understanding, and negotiated the back-end drying of the industry. Our air source heat pump can solve the back-end drying of farmers' edible fungi. And the drying demand of local agricultural products, walnuts,So as to solve the uncertain factors such as multi-manpower, sanitation and weather.
